today has been going a lot better than yesterday! last night, helix had a really long, serious talk with our mom about how we feel. it went pretty good! we were able to talk about the things that have been on our mind for a long time. now, we really have to get focused on working and taking care of ourselves. we did a little bit of work today, but still need to finish a commission because the deadline is tonight.

we also started using the productivity app Habitica again. it helped us a lot a while ago, but we gradually stopped using it. im hoping it can help us again, even if it doesn't last forever.
